The patented design of MonoLink and placement of its pivots results in a rear wheel path that almost parallels the travel of the fork. It creates a super-stable and efficient ride feel that’s unique to Maverick. While climbing technical stuff, the rear wheel moves up, back and out of the way, effectively digging the tire into the ground. When descending, the wheel moves the same way, similar to how your legs move up and back you when you are descending stairs or skiing downhill.
